39.  There is a feeling  that the germs of monadology

　　　　   coincidence  since  Leibniz  had  access  to the
　　　　   material  on cosmology  and  philosophy  brought
　　　　   back by the Jesuit  fathers  from their trips to
　　　　   Asia.
